Does anyone have any good sangria recipes that aren too expensive?

Generally sangria recipes are pretty varied but here are the common elements: Wine (Generally red, but white shows up every once in a while) Fruit (usually apples, grapes, peaches, pears, orange sections, etc) Orange juice or Lemonade Club soda or Ginger ale Liquor – usually vodka or sloe gin (less frequent, but as a party drink you often want a little more octane) You can also add sugar or simple syrup to taste if you like things fairly sweet. Some people like to add mulling type spices (allspice, cinnamon, cardamom, anise, etc). If you are adding spices, you should either make your simple syrup with them or make the sangria a day ahead. Generally, if you are making sangria you should choose the cheapest palatable wine available. It doesn’t hurt to try a bottle before you mix it up (or do a small batch for yourself) so that you know what you’re getting into (unless you just like to let the universe decide – although you are doctoring it heavily, so you don’t have to worry too much).
