Does anyone have some Manicotti recipes theyd care to share?
Hi Kelly! My manicotti filling takes a big bowl, but I freeze it & pass it around to friends & family. Large container cottage cheese Large container of Ricotta (about twice as much as cottage) About one cup of Asiago cheese & same amount of parmesan An 8 oz bag of mozerella Tablespoon of parsley flakes I make manicotti with lasagna noodles, cooked el dente, cut in half, put the filling on & roll them up. Then I cover with meatless spaghetti sauce & moz cheese on top. They’re always a hit. Good luck, but now I’m hungry for them.
