Does anyone in the orphanage speak English to the children so they will be somewhat familiar with the English language?
There does not appear to be English speaking persons in the orphanage to speak with the children before they are adopted. The orphanage staff will prepare the child for the adoption by explaining that they will have a mommy and daddy soon. When picking up your child, it is important that the caregiver explain to the child that this is her new mommy and daddy, and essentially give the child permission to go with the adoptive parents at the time of transition.
