Does anyone know a recipe for german cheesecake like at Epcot?
I haven’t been to Epcot but can imagine what kind of cheesecake they serve: we call it Käsesahne-Torte (“Cheese-cream-Torte”) I’ll give the recipe but I am not sure if it works with American Creamcheese which is way fatter than the rather dry variety we use (“Topfen”, 30% fat).
