Does anyone know how to fix a crack on a plastic radiator???
Empty it so the coolant level is below the crack, clean and dry it, rough the area with sandpaper, and use a good marine epoxy on the crack and about half an inch all around. Let it set before refilling. This often works for simple cracks not on joints or near the tubes where mechanical stress will crack the repair. Best repair is a new metal radiator.
