I know a little bit about blues of that era, and i know of no one by that name. For an appraisal or a history of the guitar, go to the links below. You can also try contacting the Gibson guitar company directly. It is probable that the musician nameed mush did exist, and may have been a “non-famous” musician, like me 😉 I can tell you that if the instrument is in good condition, it’s probably worth in excess of $3000. If “Mush” turns out to be the nickname of some legendary player, the guitar could be worth far more than that.
