I would check around for arts & crafts people that use old photos to make Altered Art. One of their techniques is to change the image with various media applied to the image itself. Also some artists will use old photo images for collages, etc. If you have photos of a specific event or area the local genelogy/historical society may be interested in them as well. There are also the postcard artists which often create and then exchange “mini” works, the size of a postcard … they use assorted items in their works, including both 3-D and photo images. Just a thought.
