As previously mentioned I wrote to Denso but they said they could not comment, I haven’t gotten round to writing to toyota yet. I am about to purchase 10 x 90915-30002 for myself while they are still available. The 8T models may have changed due to the lower sulphur in the diesel now, so less soot I believe, however I think most changes these days are a compromise, cheaper etc, so I will stay with the old one until we can find out if the 8T is better.
