Yes, however actual passwords don’t show up in the Audit log. The Audit log will list XXXXXXXX for the before value and YYYYYYYYY for the after value. In order to track changes to the password an Audit will need to be setup for the Great Plains User Master Table (SY01400). Then check the box in the Audit column for the Password field.
