Does Austin Backyard Parties Deliver and Setup?
YES, we offer free delivery and setup. Limited delivery area.Q: What is your weather policy? A: Austin Backyard Parties will not setup equipment in medium to heavy rain, snow, high wind, or muddy conditions. Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather. Please use your best judgment as to cancel you jumper 2 hours before delivery. Q: Cancellation Policy? A: If your reservation is cancelled and is paid by credit card we will gladly refund 95% of the total price. Once equipment is delivered, there will be no rain checks or refunds available. Q: I have a sprinkler system? A: Turn off sprinklers so the moonwalk will not get wet. Let us know if you have an irrigation system when we setup your moonwalk. We do not want to break underground pipes and we will not pay for fixing any underground pipes. Q: Are your moonwalks clean?
