Does Charter Oak accept international credits?

Yes. In fact we have a very liberal policy when it comes to accepting International credits. We simply require an official transcript from each international institution attended, an official translation of each transcript in English, and the evaluation of international credits from an approved outside source such as ECE or WES. Applicants with international credits must also complete the Written Communication requirement prior to being accepted to Charter Oak.
