Does Chicago Cyberbuys accept returns or exchanges?
Items offered by Chicago Cyberbuys are sold “As Is”, with no returns or exchanges. The majority of the products we sell are done through an Auction format. If you are familiar with participating in other auctions (public, government, estate, consignment, assignee, absolute, etc.), you already know that a “return/exchange policy” is unheard of. It is possible that certain items that we offer may have all and/or part of a manufactures warranty. If so, it will be clearly stated in the description section of such auction.
