Does CHS accept the donation of used toys?
We do if the toys are being donated through our pick up program. Please see our Clothing Pick Up page on how to participate in that. However, all toys that are dropped off at the home specifically to be used by our children must be new. DVDs and books can be gently used, but should be in excellent condition. Avoid toys with small parts that can be removed, swallowed or inhaled or those with breakable or sharp edges. Please do not wrap your toy donations so we can inspect gifts for safety and age appropriateness.
