It does not mean you are pregnant. Changes in discharge can happen when pregnant but a lot of other reasons could cause changes in discharge also. You discharge actually looks like you described with ovulation so that could be the cause of the change. You could definitely be pregnant but do not use that one symptom to thinking you are. Only a test will tell. Take one 2 weeks after you tried to conceive.
