No, but you may be able to write them into the form yourself if your Post Office gives you permission. The DSCF discount rate applies only when the particular USPS facility to which you take your mail happens to be the “Sectional Center Facility” (SCF) for your geographic area. Most Post Offices are not SCF’s. There are only 350 such facilities in the entire United States. Ask your Postal Service representative where the SCF for your area is located. If your Post Office happens to be the SCF for your area, then you may be able to take the DSCF discount on part of your mailing—the 3-digit and 5-digit trays that are staying in your geographic area. Your SCF representative can give you a list of the 3-digit ZIP Codes that they service. Any 3-digit or 5-digit trays in your mailing that go to those ZIP Codes would qualify.
