When I have paid for Easyjet flights with my credit card it shows on my statement as a payment to them, Easyjet. The travel agent you have used is clearly responsible for this transaction and it is for them to correct any mistake. For them to tell you to cancel one transaction is “passing the buck”. Get them to sort it out and quick. That’s what you have used them for after all. If you have a problem get on to ABTA, if they are a member. http://www.abta.com/consumer-services/tr… I personally NEVER deal with travel agents, when it is so easy to do it yourself nowadays.
