Yes. A facility can add custom data fields to the eSNFdata assessment, and assign a level of requirement before an assessment can be completed. There is currently no limit on the number of additional fields that can be added to eSNFdata. eSNFdata can even be configured to run outcomes reports against facility defined fields.
