Does hair mousse and conditioner go together?
If you are talking about a leave in conditioner and you have fine hair, I would not use both. If you are talking about a rinse out conditioner then yes, you can use mousse. The trick is to not use too much with fine hair. Start with a little, you can add a little more but you cannot take it out once it is in unless you want to start over with washing.
