HBU welcomes students of all faiths and denominations. There is no requirement for students to be a Christian. However, all undergraduate students are required to complete 9 semester hours of Christianity coursework as well as 80 Community Life & Worship credits, which can be earned through a variety of activities to graduate. All faculty and staff are required to be of the Christian faith.
