Does IntelliMover support 64-bit operating systems?
• Will IntelliMover delete the files on my old computer? No. IntelliMover will not delete or erase any files from your computer. • Will IntelliMover transfer installed programs? The IntelliMover program will in fact move all your data; however, it will not move your applications. We currently do not move programs for the following reasons: • Possible violation of the program’s End User Licensing Agreement, which may stipulate a requirement that it can only be run on a single machine at any given time. • Possible issues with compatibility; some applications were designed for specific operating system versions like Windows XP. Newer operating systems like Windows Vista or Windows 7 may not be compatible with all legacy applications (or vice versa). • Copying or moving applications could harm your system or the data on your new machine, especially if you have used your new machine for some period of time.
