Does kombucha tea help eliminate eye floaters?
Floaters are not always related to cataracts. I’ve personally dealt with floaters most of my life. I found a topical gel that contains some key nutrients and started to put a dab in each eye daily. It stings a bit but by putting those nutrients right where I want them, I’ve personally experienced a significant reduction of my floaters. It’s had a great impact on my vision. Not sure about the tea, but after years of trying dietary methods of dealing with my floaters, and given the level of education I have on the subject to use myself as the tester, I have not found any “herbal” relief through oral usage.
