Medivation currently does not offer a direct stock purchase or dividend reinvestment program. We currently intend to retain any future earnings to fund the development and expansion of our business, and therefore do not anticipate paying any cash dividends on Common Stock in the foreseeable future. Any future determination to pay dividends will be at the discretion of our Board of Directors.
