No, not after the first time the settings are found. Remotescape will check for the settings at startup by contacting our Internet servers, and present the volume control buttons and interface if everything is configured and licensed properly. These settings are then stored on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch, so an Internet connection is not required once the initial settings are downloaded and saved.
