Does NIBCO authorize returns for products? Is there a restocking fee?
NIBCO does allow product returned as long as it is in saleable condition, is packaged in the original cartons, and the value exceeds $100 net. If an item is sold in box quantity, it must be returned in box quantity. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and a 30% restocking fee applies to all returned assembled to order (ATO) products. Made to order (MTO) products are not returnable.
