Does non-uk call centres = poor customer service?
I agree with you mate I hate speaking to Call Centres in India and other countries when they cant understand a word you say. I had my broadband with Tiscali and there call centre was in India i would ring each and everyday to explain my Internet was not working and they would just read off a script and do **** all and would then eventually hang up on you. Finally after having no broadband for 3 MONTHS i called there sign up number which is based in the UK and requested to speak to a manger who finally got me a Mac code so i could be transferred to Sky.
