Does OKO z7 stick to the Inner Tube or Tyre?
A. NO. OKO z7 remains fluid inside the tyre. It does not stick to the Inner Tube or Tyre unlike aerosol Latex based Temporary Repair Sealants. Q. Can innertubes be patched after an OKO z7 treatment if required? A. YES. The puncture area must be cleaned properly and allowed to dry. (BUFSOL will dry the area). Q. Will OKO z7 lift patches on innertubes? A. Provided a patch has adhered properly to the inner tube, OKO z7 will not interfere with Patches. Q. Does OKO cause any difficulty or problem if it becomes necessary to effect a conventional vulcanised repair, hot or cold cure? A. NO. OKO z7 may be washed from the Tyre prior to effecting a hot or cold cure. However, note that it is possible to effect a conventional repair if required and leave OKO z7 inside the tyre. Just clean the immediate Area around the Puncture and allow the OKO z7 to flow to the bottom of the tyre. This was achieved by TLDT during a British Army trial.
