No, that’s BS. Now coating or painting oil galley will help with oil drain back. Coating bottom side of intake with a reflective thermal coating (not paint) will block/stop some of the heat transfer between the oil hitting bottom of intake and the air/fuel in the runners of intake. Using that same type of coating, or polishing an alum intake on the outside will also reflect some of the under hood heat off the top side of intake.
