Does phosphorus salt kill Staphylococcus aureus?

Just about the only thing that will kill this type of staph infection are antibiotics called bactril (sp?) and bactroban (sp?). One of them is an oral pill and the other is an ointment that you put inside your nose where the bacteria live. Definitely go to a doctor if you think you have this because if you don’t kill the bacteria quickly and it gets into your blood stream, you can get into serious trouble. At that point you would need IV antibiotics in a hospital. I’ve had these before and they’re not fun so get it taken care of quickly.
