Does Ringio replace my phone system?
You don’t need a phone system to use Ringio. Just a phone for each employee that you would like to route calls to. If you have phone system like a PBX, Netcentrex or Hosted VOIP, Ringio is designed to enhance the solution you already have and not to replace it. If you have such a system, foward your calls to Ringio. Then Ringio answers the call according to its intelligent personalization engine, and decides how to best route it. Once we find the right person, we can transfer the call back to your phone system. For making phone calls, you can initiate them from the Ringio Desktop or Ringio Mobile application. Then, Ringio calls both your contact and calls you, and helps connect both.
