Does saving the Print List save the page contents?

0

A. By default, saving the Print List saves only the URLs (addresses) for the pages in the Print List. After saving the Print List, when you next load the Print List, WebRecord Pro needs to access the Internet to download the contents of the checked pages in your Print List. In the Save As dialog box, if you specify Save as type: as Print List Files With Data, the page contents for all checked (and fetched) pages currently in the Print List are included in the save file. When you next open this file, the page contents will be restored from the file. (If any checked pages were not completely fetched when you saved the Print List file, WebRecord will attempt to go out and fetch these pages when the file is opened.) If you save a Print List with data, you can open it later even when you don’t have an Internet connection established, and print it or export it for offline browsing.
