Does smelling gas from the kitchen stove dangerous during pregnancy?
Smelling gas is never good. If you smell gas and the stove is off, look for a leak in the house. If you smell a slight whiff as the gas stove turns on but then the smell goes away when you turn it off, it shouldn’t hurt you. But you can kill yourself, whether pregnant or not, just by turning on the gas in the oven and sticking your head in it. So gas is very dangerous to everyone.
