A. No. Spot reduction is a mis-understood concept. Fat gets accumulated all around the body (including the face!), but in varying proportions for men and women. And fat can only be got rid of from all around the body in the same order. It is not possible to take fat out of one spot as is understood by spot reduction. A balanced diet combined with proper exercise is the answer for it.
