Does steam cleaning work to remove denim “body heat” stain from carpet?

I’m not quite sure what a denim “body heat” stain is or looks like so I couldn’t say definitely. My concern is that steam may not “lift” the stain. You could try it if the carpet is of suitable material. If it doesn’t work try the vax carpet scrubber detailed below. I have a Vax carpet scrubber – bought from Argos I believe, possibly Homebase (UK) and used in conjunction with their propriety carpet shampoo I find it extremely effective in removing coffee and wine stains when the occasional spillage or drips occur. The scrubber also incorporates a vacuum so that the dirty liquid can be sucked up when the shampoo has done its job.
