Your dedicated Professional Services Consultant will walk you through the setup process and help you configure your SuccessFactors solution to meet your company’s specific needs. Our Consultant will guide you through requirements analysis and planning; assembling a project team; developing forms, competencies, and job codes; importing your data; and testing your workflow. Most customers dedicate between 8-12 hours of time to the rollout process and are up and running in five weeks. You’ll also receive a Rollout Toolkit along with administrator training.
