Does team working work?
A lot depends on the team leader’s understanding the psychology of team-working. In an effective team each member’s skill and experience are known and used to the full. This is why team building training is so important. By setting aside two or three days at the beginning of the project, the team members really get to know each other. By working on assignments that are not related to any special skill they learn to support and appreciate one another. The usual result is that they hit their work task running. That said, there are some people who do not work well in teams but do brilliant work on their own. Some of that brilliance can be lost when forced into a team. They are better used by the team as a special resource.
If You give freely to the group and Don’t expect anything in return , And every one else does the same , That << is team work , and it works Well ,, but if you want your share and so does every one else , every one will be short changed , and fighting and backstabbing and name calling and bitter fealings ,and unhappiness will prevail .
