No. The Applause™ WT-Amp ST System is used to generate cDNA from total RNA for use in gene expression experiments. The resulting cDNA may be processed further using the FL-Ovation™ cDNA Biotin Module V2 for labeling and analysis on Affymetrix GeneChip Gene ST or Exon ST arrays.
