The Banco de España provides statistical information on lending by financial institutions in its Boletín Estadístico, which can be accessed at its website. Chapter 8, Table 8.26 (29,1 KB) of the Bulletin gives general lending data arranged by sector and by purpose. These data include lending to households for house purchases. Chapter 4 “Credit Institutions” of the Bulletin includes information on total lending by financial institutions in Table 4.3. Credit Institutions. Lending.
