The Citizens Bank offers “Simply Free Checking” which means there is no montly charges for having an open account. You won’t get charged the $0.20 per check charge and you won’t have the monthly file maitainence charge. You will recieve online statements including copies of your written checks. However you are required to pay for stop payments, account research and overdrafts. If you keep your banking simple it will be free. Contact customer service for more information.
