Im pretty sure it doesnt. I have a Compaq Presario CQ50 and i think the model does not offer bluetooth installed. It probably just offers support for it, so if you really want to use bluetooth, you can simply pick up a usb bluetooth adapter, plug it in, (maybe have to install some software, not sure), and you are good to go!
