We will consider any residential property regardless of age, condition and location. It does not matter if you have a terrace, semi or detached. It does not matter whether it is on a busy road, a cul-de-sac or on a private lane. It does not matter whether you have an old and tired kitchen or avacado bathroom, whether the garden is overgrown or if the decor needs some attention.
