A. Yes. Harlow Council does provide a service to treat wasps nests. This service can be booked via Contact Harlow on 01279 446655 or in person at Contact Harlow in the Civic Centre. This service costs £46.00, however we do offer a reduced rate of £11.50 for those receiving a ‘Means Teasted Benefit’ (a list of the main means tested benefits can be seen below). Payment for this service must be taken before a booking can be reserved. If you are paying £46.00 your payment can be taken over the telephone at the time of booking. However if you are in receipt of a means tested benefit you will need provide proof of this to an advisor at Contact Harlow therefore booking and payment must be made in person at Contact Harlow and an appointment cannot be reserved over the telephone. If you have an enquiry about commercial or industrial premisies we will refer you to our partner organisation, Kier Harlow, who may be able to assist.
