Does the filtering include all traffic to the internet address or only web traffic?

All traffic for that internet address is forwarded to the filter server. This includes web, email, chat, and P2P file sharing. The Netclean Whitebox is designed to only filter website traffic. All other traffic will be passed through the filter.
