The Health Department offers free quit kits, informational print material and a free monthly class held on the 3rd Thursday of the month (Call Brenda Maddock, 475-7848, to register). The Michigan Department of Community Health offers a Quitline available to all Michigan residents. The Michigan Tobacco Quitline offers free telephone coaching to help quit smoking.
