Yes! One of the first acts of the Board was to retain David Casselman as corporate counsel. Mr.Casselman was the Plaintiffs’ attorney in the Alexander lawsuit. He is very familiar with the terms of the settlement agreement, as well as the geotechnical causes of the landslide.
