Does the library have any audio material like Berlitz or Rosetta Stone for learning a foreign language ?
The library has very limited self-instruction audio tapes or CDs for language instruction. If you are a current student at DePaul, you can call or visit the Language Lab of DePaul’s Modern Languages Department located in McGaw Hall on the Lincoln Park Campus. The lab provides facilities for students to listen to language practice tapes, make personal sets of tapes, view videos, meet with language tutors, and use foreign language software. Alternatively, inquire at your local public library or take a look at a Website called Open Culture that provides freely-accessible podcasts of foreign language lessons.
