Yes, we do. However, some controllers don’t return all of the data that we use in generating statistics. They either respond with with different data or no data for some counters. In certain circumstances, when we don’t get complete data back from the controller, we report the missing fields as zeros. This is the case with the RAMAC Virtual Array. Certain fields are not sent back to us, as compared to fields that are returned from a controller such as the 3990 Model 6.
