Yes, it can run on water, but it needs some modifications to do this. The electronics MUST be waterproofed, inside balloons. The center of gravity needs to be moved back, so that weight is in the back as opposed to the front of the craft. Two 800mah lipos should be run in parallel and positioned on either side of the lift fan. While it is possible to run this on water, the warranty does not cover water damage of the electronics!
