Does the recording system support seamless access to multiple modules for channel expansion and growth?
Unlimited number of modules can be combined for seamless access for redundancy, channel expansion and growth. Is the recording system capable of accepting data from an external database source and post the alphanumeric field to the appropriate recorded call? Is this data field available as a potential search field to easily locate the archived call? The proposed system is capable of accepting data from an external database source. Multiple fields are provided for collection of custom alphanumeric attributes, whether added manually in ad-hoc fashion, or automatically through integration with third party systems. For example, a case number can be added to calls for later search and retrieval. In the addition, the system provides an option to color-code calls with different tags, as defined by an end-user. The tags can be used as search criteria.
