Currently both the base and Ultimate models come with at least the vertical regulator. Base models come with the vert reg and a standard bottomline, whereas Ultimate packages come with a vertical reg and the Max-Flo 4500 system (regulator and tank). The screw-in, bottomline Max-Flo is no longer in production.
