Does the software calculate mileage automatically?
Yes. (See graphic above.) The data necessary for mileage calculations to be added to a client’s plan is merely the distance to the nearest supplier of the plan services, and the distance to the farthest supplier of the same service. If entered at the same time the other basic data inputs are done, mileage is calculated simultaneously with the other calculations. If added later, PlannerPro! effortlessly adjusts the printouts to add the additional calculation. The category where the mileage entries are entered is also under the complete control of the Life Care Planner.
